Gala Site, Nottingham

Located on St Ann’s Well Road, this site sits within the Nottingham ‘Zone of Reinvention’ and was identified by our clients as being ideal for redevelopment to regenerate this area of Nottingham. There is a rich contextual history to the site and it has been important to the design team for this to be taken into consideration whilst developing the proposed massing and establishing a context driven response. We have worked closely with the local planning department to achieve this and, as the pre-application process draws to a close, we are looking forward to progressing the planning application for this project.
