Wallett Street, Nottingham

Forming part of the Southside Regeneration Area, this location is becoming a vibrant extension of the city centre and a gateway into the city from the South. With the Saffron Court development to the north and the Meadows to the South, the site is ideally located for a residential development. Taking reference from the Hicking II building to the north and having sensitivity for the low rise residential to the south, the proposed massing has been developed to respect these opposing contextual situations and provide a transition between the two. The pre-application process is now complete with the development of a full planning application is to follow.
