This project involves the extension of Cadogan House in Reading to create eight new two-storey building. The scheme enhances a previously converted office building, delivering a total of 32 high-quality homes with private balconies and communal rooftop space.

The design prioritises sustainability, accessibility, and contemporary living, featuring solar panels, secure parking, and landscaped surroundings that complement the local character of South Reading.
