Commissioned directly by Milton Keynes academy to address ongoing issues at the school with regard to a shortfall in science teaching, change facilities and dining space. We set about developing and designing proposals that would meet their requirements.

The scheme included 2 separate elements, a new 3 science laboratory block with 2 change rooms, and a large fully equipped independent dining hall with kitchen and teaching areas. In addition CBP planned the relocation of the existing main reception and administration area.

All works were completed within an 8 month construction programme.
