Located in central London, the Royal College of General Practitioners is a Grade II* Listed Building set within the Euston Conservation Area. CBP’s brief was to develop a design proposal for the full refurbishment of the roof terrace area, regularly used for a range of functions, to modernise the aesthetic / materials and to create a user-friendly space.

During the design development, consideration was given to the materials function and typology, means of escape, fire safety requirements, and the requirement for a low-maintenance roof terrace area. CBP Architects successfully achieved Listed Building Consent, and provided ongoing client support up to project completion.
