Home to England Rugby, Twickenham Stadium is the largest rugby union stadium in the world, with capacity for 82,000 people. CBP were appointed to undertake an assessment of the fabric to the ancillary bar and catering areas throughout the stadium’s concourses, and to provide design solutions that would ensure fire safety compliance for compartmentation, in conjunction with the installation of new fire shutters.

Following on-site surveys, CBP developed the detail design and Building Regulations package of information for statutory approval, working closely with the stakeholders and manufacturers to successfully achieve compliance.
